Hello from London! I'm here making music and exploring this beautiful part of the world. Hoping you are staying well. I've got several bits of news to share with you today!
I am so delighted to share my very first "Molecule" with you! What's a Molecule? Definition: "a group of atoms bonded together." Chemistry aside, I'm talking about my "atoms" music project, in which I write tiny pieces of music inspired by tiny moments. Every 15 atoms I write, I'll assemble them into a collection called a "Molecule"- a tiny album. "Molecule 1" is my very first collection of "atoms" and it's out everywhere today!! Hope you enjoy these tiny pieces of my heart.
The new gorgeous artwork by Tim Damitz was inspired by building blocks; each block contains texture from the videos that accompanied each "atom" single. All 15 atoms were mastered by the ever-talented, Chris Bethea. Anytime you hear gorgeous cello, that's always-wonderful, Sharon Gerber!
I had the honor and privilege of joining the likes of the Jonas Brothers, Ryan Tedder, Jon Bellion, Owl City and more, in celebrating the 20th anniversary of my pals' Switchfoot's album, The Beautiful Letdown! I had so much fun getting to sing their song "Monday Comes Around." The reimagined album is out now!
Speaking of getting to sing on friend's wonderful songs, I also had the privilege of singing with John Mark McMillan on his gorgeous song, "Hammering Heart", which is out now as part of his beautiful album, Deep Magic.
I'm slowly releasing simple and elegant lyric videos for my entire Atlas: I project! The first few are out now! They were lovingly made by the wonderfully talented, Wonderkind Studios. Keep an eye on (or subscribe to) my YouTube Channel to catch 'em all!
Most of my vinyl are now stocked and ready to ship exclusively in the Sleeping At Last online store!
